Sharing my impression on the art of cooking.
Hi my name is Manvay, and welcome to my food website ManvayCooks! Here, you will find delicious recipes made with healthy, whole ingredients. Many of the recipes are a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisine. One exception is that all my recipes will not have beef in them since I am unable to eat any form of a cow due to religious reasons. However, all of them are created with the intention of providing good, nourishing food that is also easy and fun to make. I am a computer science student with a fair amount of experience in home cooking. During the pandemic, I was able to truly dive deep into cooking and creating delicious and healthy versions of the meals I used to eat out before the pandemic. With this website, I aim to also eliminate cooking time for people. I believe that short yet delicious recipes are the key to truly getting into cooking as the time commitment for beginner cooks is a big mental barrier to entry in the field. It is also part of the reason the fast food industry exists. Due to the ease of access fast food restaurants provide. With my blog I hope to show people the ease, taste, and health of cooking at home. I have always been passionate about food and its ability to nourish and heal the body and mind as well as being able to recreate dishes that you get outside in a healthier manner. I am also a strong believer in the power of food as a tool for connecting people and fostering community. This blog is aimed at anyone interested in eating delicious, healthy food. Whether you are a committed cook or simply someone looking to incorporate home-cooked meals into your diet, I hope you will find something here that inspires you to cook and eat with intention. Thank you for being here, and I hope you enjoy!
